I like there service.
You can communicate with them on phone or by email.
They I'll give reply immediately but sometime they do take 1 or 2 days.
Overall I am satisfied with there service.

I used Green and Spiegel. Always replied within the hour, always forwarded emails from CIC same day, and all the good stuff. I never broke a sweat working with them.

Agree! If you are able to complete IELTS/CELPIP English test, then you are able to complete CEC application.

Rules and conditions for obtaining PR via CEC are simple and straightforward. Representative can not change them.
