Irresponsibilty of Canada Post

Seniors please help,
I sent my OINP application on 14th January via Emirates Express Post. My package reached Canada on 17th Jan. Since 17th Jan it is.lying in Mississauga post office and has not been delivered to OINP address. I called Canada post and they said I have to.ask OINP to send their driver to.pick up the package.
I confirmed from emirayes post that it was an express delivery and had to be delivered to the door.step. My deadline was 25th Jan. I have already emailed.oinp but got no response. Please help

What is your tracking id?

Don't worry. I had the same issue. When they deliver to government buildings, the last status is always "out for delivery" cause they are never able to get a signature there in the building mail room. The package is most probably delivered but the status is not updated.

Best you can do is to contact OINP asking if it is delivered. They should answer saying that it is there waiting 6-8 till eligibility.

This item was delivered on Dec 21st, 2015 at 14:55 and signed by someone Rick NK at the receiving end.

It was successfully delivered.

Thanks all for your response. I called Canada Post and the representative told me that their driver will come and pick all the mails. Now God knows when that will happen. Till then all I can do is wait and keep checking my email for any response from OINP. If only I knew that will happen I would have opted for Fedex or DHL.
