Dont know. all i know when our medical was requested last year, after that once they received my spouse medical results and passed medical. they transferred file to LVO

How do you know so much things. I tried everything but they just tell me background check. Thats it.

i called IRCC customer service as after medical request. My ecas showed application received. so they told medical passed but as file transferred to LVO. when they see it they will update in system.

I think mine background check is also done. They did not update it.

Is there possiblity if we all can sign (who are suffering with slow/ignored service by cic) a request to look into our files or speed up to finalize our applications. Thing is we applied almost more than 2 years and still waiting. Its not fair if spouse is outland and hold the application and approve other visas such as student visa. at-least they can approve our applications and give outland applicants a time frame land in canada if this is basically hold due to travel restrictions.

I heard some people have got pre arrival email with outland spouse so hopefully they will start issuing PR soon.
i guess if we all have got medical and additional documents request then our PR is about to come soon.
