yes you can as long as you are on canada soil. i am on work permit and i request GCMS on regular for my PR application.

Alright, it's okay. I don't mind, but they'd better don't just put our applications aside again for speeding up those spousal applications.

Yes they are going to do that. They are putting more officer on sponsors. now, we dont know from where that officer come. Are they going to hire new officer or they putt our officer into that.

that's my fear at the moment, because if they are focusing 66% on their staffs on Spousal sponsorship what will happen to other applicants not under spousal.

When you pass your additional documents do they tell you if they received it aready or it does it show in ecas?

Yes they send confirmation email. I got confirmation email from winnipeg office and our cic account gets updated as well that additional documents have been uploaded
