bro i am planning for September intake could you suggest me ..in wich province i should come...So far what I know is, that, quite a few PNP-inland, especially MPNP-inland applicants who have a spouse add-on are being transferred to IRRC-Winnipeg local VO.
Their file goes in a queue to be assigned to an officer in Winnipeg. Do not know the exact time but what I am hearing from people is that it takes around 6- 8 months in the local visa office.
In my case.

There isn't any timelines from others you can really refer to. Winnipeg office is randomly working on files, they pick whichever they picked. All based on your fortune.Does anyone who is a single applicant (no spouse) get any updates recently? I understand that most people get transferred due to adding their spouses, but curious about the timeline of those who got transferred to Winnipeg even without a spouse.
