IRCC WEBFORM RESPONSE TIME

Recently I uploaded replacement document through webform.
Can anyone please share the recent response time of the webform submission.

Earlier this year and at the end of 2020, most responses were seeming to take about a month. I uploaded some extra documents for my application on the 5th Feb and received a response on the 10th March.

I've seen a couple of things that suggest it's maybe a a bit quicker recently, but it also depends on the nature of the enquiry as far as I know.

was there any need to add any loe with the replacement document.
or explanation in the the given text box will work?

I would assume an explanation in the text box will be more than fine, unless there's something especially complex about the document you included.

I am CEC applicant... I was requested ADR like T4, NOA, paystubs which I submitted through webform on 30 March.. and I called them after 2 weeks n those were updated on system

My AOR is 14th April
i submitted a replacement document due to an error in the old one.
should i call them too just to let em know i submitted a replacement document.
or i will be fine if they get it in 2 weeks.
ps the error was wrong unit number of the location where i work on the reference letter.

Yss ... I think you should.... I called them n asked that I have submitted documents through web form ... did you receive that??? One first week after submitting they didn’t...
But in 2 week system updated...n documents uploded

got the confirmation today
they received the documents.
webform raised on 27th april

me too, webform was raised on the same day.

i actually got a response to the enquiry several days before i received the confirmation of receipt. I guess thats IRCC for you.
