Okay, I just resubmitted my CSE just now, and I got an automatically generated reply within seconds of submitting it.

When I was submitting it, I noted that I had submitted this same CSE before, but that I had not received any intimation whether or not it was accepted, not even an automatically generated reply, and that, owing to the importance of the documents I was submitting, I was resubmitting them to be sure. I also added a screenshot of the 'Success!' screen I got when I submitted my CSE last week, to ensure that there was no doubt that I had submitted a CSE when I said I had.

Basically, if you have not received an automatically generated reply, chances are it might not have gone through, and the backend systems may have been down. I would personally recommend a resubmission.

Thanks that's a good point. too bad i didn't get screenshot last time

That is unfortunate; I still would recommend resubmitting if you received no automatic email, though!

Good Job!
100% agreed with you. If you have something(Proof) with you, automated or human written.. you can reopen the case in future in case of rejection or any other problems.

Hi there,

I submitted a case-specific enquiry using IRCC's web form earlier today but received no acknowledgement so far. I am concerned that this is a bit atypical of IRCC. I was expecting some form of acknowledgement that they have received my request and would process it in so-many number of days.

My question is: is there an acknowledgement email at all from IRCC web form or not? Should I submit the request again?

Thanks.

Did you resubmit your information through IRCC web form? How long did you wait before the second submission?

The exact same thing happened with me yesterday. Apparently they no longer send acknowledgement emails?

I submitted all requested documents about 1.5 days ago and haven't received any do-no-reply acknowledgement emails yet. I don't know if I should wait for one more day to resubmit them.

I resubmitted required documents through the Web Form about 12 hours ago . There are still NO acknowledgement emails for the re-submission.

I don't know what I can do now. Should I send documents by courier? But the instruction from the visa office says using only one method of submission. Should I try the third time and resubmit via the Web Form? This may cause some problems by submitting the same information three times.

Does anyone here have any experience to share or any suggestions with this issue? Thanks!

i too did a case inquiry but haven't received any acknowledgement so far. :'(

Have you received any response yet? In my experience, even CSEs for which no automatic replies are generated go through.

What were the dates you submitted your CSEs on?

Today twice and yesterday

Okay, they take 5-15 business days to respond (a good bet is two weeks). Even the first CSE that I sent that didn't get an acknowledgement in this thread, they replied to within two weeks. So for now, I suggest just holding on (and not sending any more CSEs, since you have already sent this one three times).

Hi, not sure if anyone has asked this question, I'm from Jamaica, currently in jamaica I have submitted my police clearance report in May 14 through IRCC form it asked if my application is being processed outside of Canada, I selected no by accident....would that be an issue?
