9am Atlantic would be 8am Eastern. Did you move to Toronto? Weird they'd send Atlantic time.
Re your baby, congratulations! It should not be a problem. Just have everything they'll need for ~3hs right by you as you'll need to be on video and if possible have another adult there that can help if the baby gets fussy or needs a change.

Citizenship journey came to an end on March 27th.

Got the eCertificate on March 28th.

Update: Scarborough office has changed the process of eCertificate and the instructions email. They send the instructions email after your Oath is done and when you have emailed the Oath Forms back to the office.
They don't send the instructions email before Oath now.

Not for everyone. I received the instructions and invitation on the same day, almost 2 weeks before oath which is on Apr 3.

Hi All, I have completed my OATH on 27th March from Calgary office. I have also shared the oath form to the mentioned email id. Still I have not received the E-Certificate. Anyone in the similar boat? Please let me know. Thanks.

Hey guys, I just received an email to download e-certificate but I choose paper certificate. Will get paper certificate? I don't see any update on tracker.

This is from the Notice to Appear that you will receive for your ceremony:

If you choose to receive a paper citizenship certificates, it will be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks after the ceremony if you are in Canada (only once you send your signed Oath or Affirmation of Citizenship form) or up to 6 months if you have been approved for taking the oath outside of Canada. NOTE: you may still receive an email with instructions on how to access the electronic certificate portal. This email is system-generated and you do not need to create a portal account if you choose to receive a paper certificate.
