IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

If anyone can help me with the below:

1. I have been scheduled for the oath and it says the time (9 am Atlantic time). Is Toronto time the same?

2. I have a newborn and I can’t really be away from her for the duration of the oath. Is it ok to keep her nearby? Or in my arms?

9am Atlantic would be 8am Eastern. Did you move to Toronto? Weird they'd send Atlantic time.
Re your baby, congratulations! It should not be a problem. Just have everything they'll need for ~3hs right by you as you'll need to be on video and if possible have another adult there that can help if the baby gets fussy or needs a change.

Citizenship journey came to an end on March 27th.

Got the eCertificate on March 28th.

Update: Scarborough office has changed the process of eCertificate and the instructions email. They send the instructions email after your Oath is done and when you have emailed the Oath Forms back to the office.
They don't send the instructions email before Oath now.

Not for everyone. I received the instructions and invitation on the same day, almost 2 weeks before oath which is on Apr 3.

NOTE: you may still receive an email with instructions on how to access the electronic certificate portal. Yes! They must have asked you to write their name down so that you add it to the email subject line.
