IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

Thanks, I already did that. I would like to hear personal testimonials, as I don't entirely trust the information on CIC website.

What is there not to trust? It shows their walk-in wait time live, as per three different time slots through the day. It’s Sunday so today it’s not showing any wait time at all.

Hi everyone, I don't know if anyone is in the same/similar situation. I helped my mother apply for citizenship back in Dec 2021 and AOR was received in Feb 2022. Background verification was cleared in Aug 2022. I don't think she needs to do language test or citizenship test because she's over 60 y/o. But we have not heard anything back from IRCC and everything seems to have become quite stagnant since Aug 2022. LPP is all showing as "in progress". I requested GCMS notes March this year which show her application is being processed at Scarborough processing centre but LPP all "not started".

I don't know if anyone here has experienced a longer processing time than this lolll. Any tips on getting things expedited are greatly appreciated.

How do i find out who my MP is LOL

Go here: https://www.ourcommons.ca/members/en and put your postal code - it should show you who your local MP is. There is am email address for them, you can email them explaining your case.

Looks like my ceremony on the 28th is in person as well. I'd left an inquiry to check with them about the possibility of an e-certificate and they called me back to let me know it's in person at the Scarborough office.

Got the official Oath Ceremony email today (10 days before the actual date). Oath is on 21st July Scarborough office

Hi guy, have a question a friend recieved the Auth email 3 days ago with the date 26 July online, However he is checking his email now he can not find it at all anywhere and he is trying to log on to IRCC it is just loading, Any idea what could that be and what he should do??

Check emails from @cic.gc.ca
Tracker won't work till his oath is complete. One thing he can do is call IRCC and they might ask the processing office to send the email again.

Did he download the pdf, it might be in the downloads folder. It's all that you need to join the ceremony.
