No he said he will get to it in a day when he is free and now he is trying to log on the IRCC account but is stuck on loading
No he did not as he thought he will come back to the email after work, and the email just disappeared from his inbox, IRCC can not recall emails back?? and he even can not log on to his account it keep loading and nothing comes up
I dont think IRCC recalled. Using the way mentioned in the below link ask your friend to debug the tracker. He should be able to see his oath date.

For the email he can raise a webform and call IRCC. They should be able to resend it again.

It takes 6 months from your criminality pass date for security checks…criminality is passed around the test date
Ask him to check archived emails. For example, in Gmail, you would've to go under All Mails label to find it. I've had some mails notoriously "disappear" into archives because of a swipe of a finger.
Only other option I see is to call IRCC and keep trying till you reach them.

They told about the oath in 15 days but scheduled it for 14th July then as I requested them for in person they rescheduled it to 21st
You are one of lucky ones, I applied in November 2021 and just on verge told completing oath, 20 months processing timeline
I just got my atip today. Apparently decision was made June 8. That’s exactly 2.5 months. I’m gobsmacked.
