Still citizenship ceremony not started All other sections completed June 9th I’m not sure what’s going on. Others get oath date ina few days

I sent an email to the oath schedule department after I got DM, right away I got scheduled the next day.

Hi All,
My wife and I have done our test in Dec and got its status as completed in Jan. At that time it was just the Background check and test was "Completed".
But today I just notice that my wife Background status changed to "In progress" again. I wonder if it does anything? Why did they get it status back to in progress I wonder?

• Oath invites for May-July Online applicants are being sent, with oath ceremonies to be completed by August.
• Paper applications are still being processed on priority as to reduce backlogs and for IRCC to transition to Online Citizenship application for all categories in the future.

I have emailed them after DM , for Nov 2020 paper applicant , basically they said get lost. I have told them about upcoming travel plan and response was not our problem, getting travel doc is your responsibility

does any one know email address for Mississauga office? My oath ceremony is on July 4th and I did not receive any email yet.

I got email one week after the invitation. It's been 3 months after the interview so just for your reference.
