Mine was everything got completed on June 9th and still waiting for citizenship ceremony to be started

old ecas has decision made and new tracker has everything completed except oath ceremony, is this normal ?

For the Oath Ceremony, no. You will be asked for ID but this can be a driver's license, provincial ID, etc. Your invitation will list everything you need to have for your oath.
I believe the only times you would have to present the passports would be if a document request came in or if you get interviewed.

Got my ATIP notes, my test was done in Apr 22 but my language, prohibitions and language is still 'not started'

going to stop checking my online tracker for sometime

I got mine changed in 2 days and now I'm a citizen. You can send them an email at ircc.dnscrcitizenshipceremony-ceremoniecitoyennetescrrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca and ask for an oath date, don't accept no for an answer. I emailed them like 20 times in total and kept asking if they have any available date.

Is it normal ? Passed test since 26 Jan 2022. No update since than. The office is SCR but now moved to St. Cath & I can see my updated address on e-cas (Old).
