Did the officer put the location to “grant PR status” after you were done with LPP, or you file was on “grant PR status” status since August 15 and then you got LPP passed yesterday?
Are there any hidden comment in your file ?
Good question, I am not sure how to know this, since I ordered the GCMS notes recently few days ago after months of LPP passed
but I sent another GCMS note request to get more details about “grant PR status”

Hi everyone,
My oath is scheduled for Dec 14 and I have not received the invitation email yet. Is there any data that shows if my oath will be online or in-person? Need to book flights for attending oath as I am currently abroad.

That detail will be in email. You need to wait for it. Even if its online you need to be in Canada to attend it.

I guess my case was non-routine as I live in US, hence longer processing time.
Can't really predict that. I had my BG completed in March 2023. LPP Completed in Nov 7 and Oath scheduled Nov 11.. AOR was Oct 2022. I was in Canada with only 1 trip out.

There is no way to predict how IRCC processes applications.

I think the original poster was right. If you are outside of Canada at the time of test or when the application is being worked upon, your application does take longer as it is flagged for additional checks. The OP did get an interview request which is typically an indication of being flagged for PM03 or non-routine.

In your case, since your application is from 2022, the comparison to 2023 applicants wouldn't be correct. Unfortunately, 2022 applications got a slower processing in 2023 for some reason. Some of it may be related to paper VS online application processing timeline differences in 2022. In 2023, online is faster. Hope your get your application completed soon.
