I sent the message on website - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Technical/Form/83Is there anyone who can assist with this, as the issue is still ongoing and couldn't proceed with the application process.
I just logged in to IRCC portal and continued my previous application from the point where it says "Do you wish to give your biometrics again or re-use your valid biometrics? (required)". It still only shows 'Lovs not available'. I am using google chrome. I also tried starting a new application, but when I get to that page the same error still persists. For those of you who managed to do it, may I know how?
