Yay, finally I could submit my application and paid for the visa fee but not the biometric.
Although it seems to be fixed in the form but in the Client Application Summary it is still error "error finding lov text"...
Good luck to whoever review my application, more reasons to reject my Visa

I am in same boat. But seems issue is back again. Resolved only for some time.

Actually, they mentioned that everything is fine on their end and there is no error code 20009. I spoke with them three times, and they advised to report it as a technical issue. I believe if everyone calls and talks to them, they will realize this is a significant problem affecting many people.

Is the number within canada or does it work internationally?

I'm not sure! I think it should be internationally.
