Hey guys! When I tried to call IRCC this morning to hear the automated phone line to give me the status of my husbands PR application it said “Transferring your call to an agent”. Up until last week it would read out the actual status and said we are processing your background check etc etc. Has anyone here experienced this? What might be happening? Our app has been in process for 19 months already
Hi, its happening with me now , what does it mean? How long did u get your decision after automated line goes to agent. And does it mean file is approved. Waiting for your reply.I am going through this as well, when I called it would’ve given an update but now it’s giving none and then transfers me to customer service.
