IQAS timeline since April

IQAS changed their processing time to 15 business days in April.. All my documents reached IQAS on 11th april. Its been 15 days I haven't received any acknowledgement email from them. Called them many times and they're not responding properly. I'm worried. Is this normal?

My university package arrived on 04/04 and mine arrived on 04/19. My e-mail confirmation is due until 04/26 (5 business days). So far I got nothing. I'm following this thread and I intend to update it with my timeline.

Me too but I believe I had no other option since I've heard so many complaints about WES not recognizing higher levels of education and I had to have a doctorate recognized.

IQAS is now taking a month to process the document. Reason they gave volume is assessment request is huge.

assessment received 24 April.
hard copy is awaited on the way

Yes it was a mistake but I read really good reviews of them on this forum

I've been waiting since 13 April. I hate how they lied on their website about the AOR time and processing times.

Exactly and when we call them to inquire they get irritated and give rude replies

1st confirmation mail received on 31st march and the transcripts reached on 4th april
But still not got 2nd confirmation mail

Looks like something is wrong here...when tried calling them got only one reply always that there are hundreds of application in queue ,you will receive the mail have patience.

Came to know from other forum that they sometimes send the the results directly in second mail..
Hope for the best !!!
