IQAS timeline since April

It's a timeline of 15 working days , that's 3 weeks

IQAS changed their processing time to 15 business days in April.. All my documents reached IQAS on 11th april. Its been 15 days I haven't received any acknowledgement email from them. Called them many times and they're not responding properly. I'm worried. Is this normal?

That's the processing time after aknowledgment. They haven't even started processing! On the website it says 5 working days for AOR! Which is obviously not true..

My application was put in line for processing on April 3rd, still waiting for it to be completed... Is there any point calling them?

My documents recieved on 12 & 13 April. I got AOR today, about 8-9 business days. Will have to wait a month for the report now since they updated their processing times.

I received my ECA by email yesterday and so did my wife. They correctly certified my master's degree and her doctorate degree from a Brazilian university (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ).
My timeline was:
2017/04/04 - Documents from university delivered.
2017/04/20 - Our documents delivered.
2017/05/03 - Email confirmation that our educational documents were received and inline for processing (I only got 1 email).
2017/05/24 - ECA received by email.

My documents were received on the 6th of May and I am yet to get any email from IQAS. Still waiting.

Same here. Mine were recieved by them on 8th May and still no email of acknowledgment from them.

When I called them last week, i was told i will get AOR this week. Still no email recieved.

Hi all. Has anyone who has submitted their application at the start of May received a confirmation email from IQAS as yet? My application package reached IQAS on 4th May and my degrees from university reached on 5th May but i haven't heard back from them as yet. Has anybody else who has applied in a similar time period received an email as yet? I am getting worried.

Furthermore the 25 days start when our package plus degrees reach them or when we receive an email from them? This is just getting too long :/

25 days time start once they send Aor email.

Called Iqas today. They are saying that they have opened packages recieved upto 10th May. But my documents package has still not been entered into their system even though it was delivered on 8th May.

So i have to wait for another week to get Aor.
