IQAS for masters from India

Hi,

I have got ECA from WES for bachelor's and masters.However WES has evaluated my masters as post graduate diploma.

So I am planning to go for IQAS.

1). Can I apply only for masters from IQAS?
2). And can i the send only the transcripts of masters to IQAS or bachelor's also needed ?

I think you can.. because CIC website says to get your latest degree evaluated unless one is applying for two degree option..

But most of the institutions processing ECA are asking for bachelor's degree.. I think if you could contact the organizations, they may look at your specific case and let you know..

You could tag some seniors here and get their opinion
