So. After waiting from 9 October 2018, when the documents were delivered, received this:

Status: On-Hold
Reason: Additional program research required, Confirming institutional recognition status
AOR2: Dec 5 2018

Will probably have to call and see what can be done. On Hold is such a pain man...

Yes, they can. You however need to ask them to quote your IQAS File Number as reference. Easier and faster.

Hello , need help. Could you please guide me how my institution send my transcripts to iqas by email?
Can’t explain to them
How email text need to be?
Do they sending scanned transcripts?
Does need to write file number on each transcript?
