Do they send you an email once the process is complete because I am checking every four hours. I am getting tired. I am just worried that my status is stuck in the final review and the assessment is done. Do you have their phone number?

Yes they did. It should be on the website under contact us.

@rajapanesar ..I tried above methods, it is giving me an error like :-
An error has occurred, Please click on Home button or this link to return to home page.
If the error persists, contact System Administrator.

I have the same issue. Have you received your IQAS report? Mine is stuck at the final review and needs to know what the options are. I emailed them two times but no response. Please if you get a chance, please reply to me.

Hi, guys, I am new to this forum. I have questions hope someone could help.
when I was filling up the online application forms, I chose to use Truecopy for delivery of transcript. But When I approached my university for transcripts, the university mailed the transcripts directly by courier. On 13th March 2023, my documents has reached IQAS office.
So I am wondering do I need email IQAS to update them the change of deliver method?

As per my experience you still need to wait 4 months to complete.

Application received: 29th September 2022
Final Review: 8th February 2023
Soft Copy: 14th March 2023
Mailed: waiting to receive hardcopy

Took a very long time for mine. 6 months!

BCA transcript delivered on 27 feb 2023

on IQAS my application status as its showing pending or waiting
for transcripts to be delivered but they are already delivered

But its shows that they are working on March applications while my was delivered in Feb

What to do in this situation

The validation of documents typically adds to the processing time of your application. Currently our office is processing documents received in March, 2023

Hi guys…. I need your help…. Actually i did my bachelor and master’s from panjab university chandigarh…. When i filled my eca through IQAS, it shows, not recognized institution… i want to know that IQAS verify the degrees for PU or not?

While trying to fill my IQAS application online for ECA on https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca website, when I select my university name from the 'Name of the Institution' drop-down list, it shows me this warning message -

"Conditional Institution Status If you apply to IQAS with credentials from this institution, they may or may not be assessed. There are specific conditions regarding recognition of this institution and its programs, and there are validity and/or verification measures that will affect whether or not IQAS can issue an assessment."

It also gives me a warning message outside on 'Education Information' tab while filling the online form -

"Warning:
One or more of your credentials are associated with an institution that may not be recognized or accepted by IQAS:

• Bachelor of Technology (Information Technology)

View the credential record for more details."


1. Is anyone else facing this issue? Can you please help and share your experience whether your degree was successfully assessed by IQAS in this condition or not?

2. Aside, this message is only coming for my university of bachelors degree, and is not coming for my university of 2nd credential - Post Graduation diploma that is from a different university. For the latter (1 year Post Graduate Diploma), as soon as I enter my university name from the institute drop-down list, it gives me a message -
"Recognized Institution This institution meets IQAS standards for recognition. Institution recognition does not guarantee that IQAS can issue an assessment. Credentials accepted for assessment are subject to verification and evaluation practices."

I am aware that with IQAS I only need to submit my highest degree, but since my PG diploma is only of 1 year and not a full-fledged masters or of 2 years, I decided to add my bachelors degree as well - just to be on the safe side so that I can select and claim points for - 'Two or more degrees...(One degree of 3 years or more)' in my Express Entry profile.
I am totally unsure what evaluation IQAS will give me if I just submit my highest - Post Graduate Diploma of 1 year and whether I will be able to select 'Two or more degrees...' option with that evaluation or not.

Please help me.

Hi @Parry24 @Tanu0619 - I have the same issue. May I know if your attempt was successful? I have this issue for Osmania University transcripts.

I choose CES over IQAS and got my Bachelors & Masters as recognized.
