IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Hi all,

Thanks much for sharing the fluctuation trick and by using
today I am able to download my ECA report.

My ECA TIMELINE with IQAS (Overall it took 9 months)

Documents Delivered: October 2019
Acknowledgement AOR: December 2019
In line for processing : April 2020
Final Review (Fluctuation stage) : Today (30th June 2020)

Country of Origin: India
Education verified : 2 years PGDBM from IMT CDL (2017 passout)
ECA : The post graduate diploma generally compares to the completion of a University Diploma with a focus in Management

Education verified : 3 years BCA from GGSIP New Delhi (2011 pass-out)
ECA: The bachelor in computer applications Degree generally compares to the completion of a 3 year bachelors of science degree with a focus in computer applications.

So with this report does it‘s mean : Two or more degrees/diploma in Express entry profile ?

What have you selected in express entry profile under the "language and study" section, "Part-time or Full- time" for IMT CDL?

Hi Ashish, i haven’t created the express entry profile yet. But I believe it should be part time only since i did part time only.

Hi all, Any of you had positive response from iqsa when using the alternate method and uploading the transcripts directly.

I am just starting to look into my evaluation process for a bachelor's degree from Osmania University, India and not really sure about going the TrueCopy service route.

I would really appreciate if anyone can share their opinion.

Hi All , I have submitted the Application to IQAS for education evaluation. I am evaluating my masters (MBA) and Engineering (BE). Application was submitted on 15th June 2020.

Status changed to In line for Processing on 25th June 2020.

Can anyone please give me tentative timelines for completing evaluation ? I called IQAS , they said it will take 14 week for one credential & 4 additional weeks for other. which means in total 18 weeks - 126 days starting 25th June 2020.

Reason I am concerned because 126 days from 25th June is 29 October , I will cross my birth date and will be impacted with 5 less number in CRS score. If anyone has any insights around IQAS timelines in 2020 please help me. Thank you very much.

Most probably by end of July. Before 15th of August for sure.

Firstly, many thanks for sharing your truecopy experience and related information. It was very helpful for me while creating a profile and submitting the documents.
I have a question to you, hope you could answer it.

My University has sent transcripts to truecopy, they verified it and asked me to make a payment of INR 944 to share it with IQAS. After i made the payment, i received an email like this:
Hello

Your order has been received. You will receive online tracking information as soon as it is processed.

Your transaction ID is: TXETSS030720DETXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Order details: International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS);

NOTE: Kindly expect order-processing to take a few working days.

Can you please help me, WHY IT SAYS IT MAY TAKE FEW WORKING DAYS AS TRUECOPY JUST NEED TO SEND AN EMAIL OR ETRANSCRIPTS TO IQAS.?

Hello @ryzusa! I did upload the scanned copies of my transcripts using the alternate method stated in the IQAS website. But eventually, they did approach my university to provide additional verification. My status shifted to 'Pending' during this time. Since my university was closed, I had to resort to e-verification of my documents. Thankfully, my university got this done without much delay. The thing is IQAS wants some kind of verification from the university's end - doesn't have to be your transcripts. They are very understanding and I should say, the IQAS case officer handling my papers was extremely patient. At this point, my application has been completed and the courier package is on its way.

Yes, my documents were available over CVL NAD and there are series of steps involved to share with the true copy team.

1. Firstly, the true copy team will ask to download the digitally signed document from CVL NAD and share it with them.
2. Then the true copy team will initiate the online verification process, which you need to approve through the CVL NAD portal (Need to pay for it)
3. Once approved, you are good to go.

After this, the true copy will share some links to make payment around 500 INR as initial charges and then around 900 INR for sending it to IQAS.
The true copy support team is quite cooperative and they respond promptly. This whole process is completed in 2 days and then 4-5 days for IQAS acknowledgment.

I was reading through your posts and have a question regarding the Truecopy process.

Does truecopy send the verified transcripts via LBR.IQAS@gov.ab.ca email to IQAS ?

Their website just says "we will send you a link from where you can specify destinations where you want the transcripts to go"
Do you know what this link is ? and does it require an aadhaar card to login ?

My challenge is that I don't have a phone number connected to my aadhaar card so I cannot login to the NAD Portal to check if my certificates are already there, so I was planning to physically mail them to Truecopy.

But if Truecopy uploads the certificates to some service that uses an Aadhaar card registered phone number to login, there's no hope for me.

hey Seniors, I need little Help, I was applying for IQAS, and at a Point of Requirments for specific countries, For Pakistan, it is stated that "Upload official copy attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan with the online application in the IQAS portal using uploading instructions above. The HEC must confirm the attestation on their website. "

So, Clearly, it says that Documents are not required via MAIL/TCS/POST. And Even then I was thinking to send via TCS, But when I click on CHECKBOX (Sent Via Email from Awarding Institute or by Applicant) website says You cannot choose this option.

Now I want help, As I already filled application form (Sent by MAIL-Unchecked) Just payment is pending, Do I need to do something extra ? As only Uploading Documents(HEC Verification Portal will Verify them) Doesn't seem enough.
