Hi, they are just making us fool, my docs were reached in the month of Feb and they were not even acknowledging, then after long followup they at least acknowledged in the month of June, but then they said that we have received your degrees but not the IQAS form, now you need to send this form to us thru courier, and they will acknowledge this document after 4 months and then processing time will start, I just canceled my application, this is world's biggest unprofessional organisation.

And didn't you cancel your application?
How could it reach final review now

Hi All. I am stuck in a situation related to ECA. I sent my documents in May 2019 and it was attested and sealed by my university. I did not know about the new rule related to HEC attestation(Pakistan) at that time. I got to know about it today. I contacted IQAS and they told me to get all documents attested from HEC. I am still waiting for AOR on my documents since MAY 19. Is there anyone with the same case & received AOR only on university sealed documents? I am not interested to start the whole process again due to long timeline and would really appreciate some positive solution to it. Will IQAS raise ADR in case if they want HEC attested or do i need to go with new application from scratch along with the fee? Thanks.

Hey, did you include the 'request of acadamic records' form in the sealed transcripts package? Or only the transcripts were sent?

I did not send 'request of academic records'. Only transcripts were sent. I kept docs and transcripts in two different envelopes which were then kep in one master envelope. In other words everything were sent at once. And I faced no issue.

Do you mean then it would be evaluated as Bachelors + PG Diploma as 2 or more certificates. Are you certain ?

My wife did B.Sc from Osmania University and got it bachelors and M.Sc as 1 year masters. As far as I know you will get bachelors + diploma and you can select 2 or more certificates option.

But I am not 100% sure. So check with few more people and make a decision.

How do they get to know the exact email id of the university for sending the verification email?

How do we know?

They do have a huge database of info of universities. I've heard they also have official signatures of the university chancellor, vice chancellor and others. They also have information of previous chancellors and their signature. (This is what I heard and I am not sure if this is true)

So its not an easy task to verify or evaluate our credentials.

In any case you wont have to pay the fees. You can use same file number to send your transcripts with HEC attestation. There is one more in this group who made same mistake and sent an email to IQAS. Search few pages back and ask them what they did.

I would suggest you to send an email to IQAS and ask if you should send the transcripts again with HEC attestation.
Inform them you already sent with no HEC. And ask for their suggestion if you should wait for ADR or send it right now.

Waiting for ADR is a waste of time in my view. They will take 4-5 months to send ADR. It will further take a month for you to arrange and get transcripts delivered. They will take 4-5 more months for ECA.

In other words your ECA will take 12-15 months if you wait for ADR.

Hi guys,
Looks like I might be in trouble with IQAS. I sent my application documents along with official Transcripts envelop in a single package. The package was delivered at IQAS on April 24. Yesterday, I received AOR1, which is the receipt of application documents; but didn't get any AOR2. The application status on IQAS website also shows as "waiting for transcripts". I don't know what happened in the mailroom. Did it happen with anybody else? Is there any chance of getting AOR2 after few days? Or will I need to send the transcripts again? Any help is appreciated.

I send my wife's documents same way and it was delivered on April 24 (same date), and for her, I received both AOR1 and AOR2 on Aug 16. Her application status shows "in line for processing".

We are experiencing higher than normal...blah blah... no concrete response... They didn't address the issue that Transcripts were in the same envelope, with the application documents. We are experiencing higher than normal...blah blah... no concrete response... They didn't address the issue that Transcripts were in the same envelope, with the application documents. How come one is received, not the other!!!

It may take some time for them to upload the current status. My spouse and mine transcripts were off by two weeks but we received our AOR2 a month apart. Have patience, everything is fine.

I just have a question buddy. How will the iqas know which email id to send the re verification e mail on? Mine is Mumbai University hence asking.

IQAS does not verify with university always. They do sometimes. But they do have information of all the universities. If they don't have, they will check universities website and contact other bodies like UGC,DEB and will get things sorted.

Don't worry. Just do your part and keep fingers crossed.

Yes they have taken their sweet time to update the status even when documents and transcripts arrived in the same envelope. I have read one or two such cases.

My transcripts were sent by university, so the same case doesn't apply to me (the dates are in my signature).
