My timeline:

April 9th - Application
April 25th - 1st Courier Delivery ( application )
May 9th - 2nd Courier Delivery ( Transcripts )
August 20th : AOR 1

Can anyone suggest when I would get AOR 2 and approximately when I should expect to complete this process?

@CNP buddy!
Looks like IQAS is picking up the pace again.
Happy vibes :D:cool:
Don't think so. They just keep picking up new applications and move them to in-line for processing rather than completing the already opened ones.

Lots of people on Facebook as well complaining about sitting inline for more than a month and there's no movement and same is the case with me.

Already a big pile up at their end and they choose to open new one which shows that there's a set time frame of AOR but after that, it's up to their discretion.

There's a hug difference between Indian office and IQAS.

IQAS mentioned 5 months post AoR2. which they are fulfilling. Indian govt office does not do anything until you pay them bribe which is the worst case. At least in this case you are in queue with others. Unlike Indian offices where link and bribe considers you in queue. Else your file is thrown or may be given to recycle.

I'm looking for a ray of hope and you guys just dragged me into the abyss.
However, I'll stay positive about my ECA completion upto 5th of September.

Don't worry buddy, we will get the report but nobody knows when. Iqas has become quite unpredictable since past two months and showing signs that they are not able to manage affairs post AOR.

Earlier it used to be a set time frame of 20 to 25 days in Final Review but now this has changed. This might be a delay due to secondary verification so we can't totally blame them as I've noticed that the docs which are supposed to be directly sent by the institutes if are sent by the candidate themselves, it results in a delay whereas the docs sent directly by the institute on a different date than of application does not require secondary verification hence no delay.

I have always felt that IQAS is way better than WES when it comes to 1. Correct evaluation of your credentials 2.The process they follow.

I am not sure if IQAS conducts any 2nd level of verification as done by WES, but with WES secondary verification one can really get stuck where WES says it has sent docs to university while university denies it. So its matter of time before you receive your report. Additionally as @ailyas2 pointed out, when we decide to go for IQAS, we agree to 20 weeks timelines from AoR :)

No doubt about that and that is the reason majority of the applications are going to IQAS as compared to WES. Even people are not much inclined towards CES and ICES as there is not much help material on this forum or social media about that.

IQAS has mentioned about secondary verification on their website but it's not mandatory as they have mentioned that they may contact institution to check the validity of the docs if they feel to do so.
