I recently became a PR. My brother would like to visit Canada but he as to apply for a visa. My question is can I send him a invitation letter to come here for 2 weeks?

yes you can write a letter including undertaking of the all necessities like accomodation, food and travelling during his stay in canada.
it would be much better, if you have a job?
if you dont have a job, you can ask your spouse or any other relatives in canada with job to write a letter.
