So i already submitted my visa application to the embassy and it's all but confirmed because they are now asking for an invitation letter. However my uncle (he lives in Canada) whose name is on the application is now unable to do the invitation letter for me. I have other relatives in Canada that can do it for me instead. But would it be an issue since i have my uncle's name on my application ....and i now will have another relative do the invitation letter for me. Help as soon as possible will be much appreciated

This request from the visa office seems rather unusual. Maybe the visa office is not convinced that you will be meeting your uncle.

IMO, it's best if your uncle provides the invitation letter instead of another relative + his documents (copies of his passport and immigration status + any financial documents, if he is okay with providing these documents).

You could also submit proofs of your relationship to your uncle (direct or indirect) + maybe 1-2 emails or chat transcripts/photographs taken together (if possible)
