I recently applied for ICT work permit from US. As per current timeline it is showing up to 3 weeks based on historical data, however it may be processed even quicker or later.
Did you applied for an ICT? Please advise.

Thank you for your response and congratulations for the approval. Did he applied from US? Also how long did it take to process Temporary Resident visa after his work permit approval? Could you please advise? Thank you.
From India.. TRV is not applied separately. Once work permit approved, your company will directly or ask you to submit your passport to vfs for TRV stamping. Handover of passport to company visa cell to back in hand with stamped passport took exactly 6 calendar days.

In my case I applied from US, so I think I need to apply for TRV after I receive an approval.
Btw, Did you guys moved to Canada? How do you like it so far?
Hi, I received my ICT approval as well in 3 weeks. I am planning to move to Canada in 3rd week to September. Btw, did you applied for Open work permit as well? If so, could you please advise how long it took?
No. Company applied for our dependent visa(visitor) on 24th July. It is still under processing.

My company and its lawyers are filling for my Intra Company Transfer (ICT) and for the SOWP the lawyer is asking for $500 fees. So, I would like to fill the SOWP application on my own. So, my question is that
1. Can I file the SOWP application on my own even when ICT is being filled by the company lawyers?
2. Are the two applications ICT and SOWP independent of each other?
3. Do I require any information from my ICT application in my SOWP application?
4. Can I file for SOWP application after my ICT has been approved?
Please do let me know if you know the answers to the above questions.

Hello Everyone,
My company is processing ICT for me and I am applying for work permit myself. My question is in my application list, i see that medical test is under required list of applications. In this case, should i complete upfront medical test and then submit the application or will CIC ask me to submit the medical during processing of my application?

Hello guys, am from Nigeria, and I just got my Canadian Intra Company Transfer Worker Visa today, though I applied for both me and my wife, but my wife visa is still under progress because of her medical assessment,
I have done my own before I applied for work permit, but I applied for visiting for my wife, so i thought she wouldn't need the medical assessment because her visiting will not exceed six months, but now it is been required to be provided,
Now my worker visa has been given to me, and the job resumption date is 17 of September, 2018, and my wife visa is yet to be approved, but we have enrolled for the medical assessment, and the assessment will not be carried out until 18th of September, 2018
Can I wait for my wife visa to be issued then go together with me after a month later or I should go, and ask her to meet me there later, Please I need your advice. Thanks
