Intra-Company CWP expiry

Hello,

I'm currently working on a intra-transfer closed work permit.
I work in the warehouse and next February my CWP will expire because it will complete 5 years.
Can someone help me with the following:

1. Can I extend more than 5 years? (I've seen threads that only senior managerial positions can stay 7 years)
2. If I leave, I read that after 1 year abroad working for the same company, I can come back again with the CWP. Is this true?
3. If this is the case can I stay another 5 years again?

If you skill level is 0 that would be 5 years. Only skill levels 00 can stay 7 years at a time. You can find it on the link below.
