Interview after Medicals at Abudhabi - Quality Assurance

I had my interview at Abudhabi last week, it was a good one indeed. The officer informed us that we have made it!!!!
Since my medicals are expiring next month, he told us that the London office will be sending me MR in two weeks time. Am a 2007 London applicant, but my docs were processed in Ottawa Office. The officer apologised for the delay in processing and he told us it was just a quality assurance review and wanted to verify our educational and job related docs. He was happy and the interview was a pretty cool one for about 20 mts.

How long will it take for my visa to get stamped after this second round of medicals? any idea???? if all goes well, am planning to land in 2012.

Hay that's good news hope soon u will get ur visa!! Btw my elder brother did same interview after his medical, and they said its random quality check!! But actually not! After a month he rcvd an email vo is not satisfied with experince letter so he sent another one than he rcvd his ppr and now he is in canada! So good luck

Thanks friend.... the VO told us that he was very happy with all the updated docs and original docs. He was repeatedly apologising for the delay in visa processing. He told us June is a good time to Land so by next June you can plan your landing and he gave me some of my original work docs that I had submitted last year. Original are difficult to obtain and since I have gone through all of them you can keep these originals with you and he pulled out my originals from the file and returned. But made sure that he scrutinized all the updated ones. He told us to get ready for the medicals since our medicals are expiring next month and that we will have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get the call.

Than ur visa is grant!!! That's really amazing yeah june is the best time not cold not that much hot! Honestly am crazy of spring season !! Hope one day I live it, keep ur finger crossed!! Soon u will get ur med and ppr, wish u a happy life in canada

Yes I had to carry a list of docs that was mentioned in the interview letter. All originals.....(birth, marriage, education, work related ...both PA and spouse with original passports).

Officer was very friendly... wasn't a tensed atmosphere. He asked a few questions related to education, marriage and work.

He was just worried about our feeling of this long 4 years waiting period. He was happy and contented after we could accept all his apologies.

Hi sh,
The interview was a pretty cool one.. nothing to get tensed about. He verified all the originals with the notarised copies that we had submitted and a few questions about education and work. He also checked our passports and visa page. scrutinized our birth and marriage certificates. These were his wordings after verification "Yes am happy with all your docs and I have to apologize for this long delay in processing, you can get ready for your second round of medicals and hopefully by March you will have your visas stamped". I was like Vowwwww at last we have made it.... now wat next.....??? because u know how the whole process.... but i hope it will be for sure the medicals and then PPR.

Is there any feedback from the visa office on your PPR? am still waiting for my medical call (second one).... nothing as yet. But i noticed that my address has disappeared in the Ecas....

I also have interview on October 17, 2011 and I have not replay about outcome of the interview and my application.

Do you know, how much time past after they sent information about outcome?

I guess you get your answer as soon as the interview is over. The VO if satisfied he tells u immeidately. Mine was OK.
