International students looking for a room in Edmonton?

My name is umair. i got visa this week. will be moving to edmonton for my Masters degree from UOA. and looking for a affordable place to live.

can you plz give me more details on this residence.

Its a room in a townhouse not far from the UofA... rent is $550. I do have a small dog... she doesnt bite... shared bathroom and kitchen. Storage space. Internet, cable, heat, water, electricity provided...

Well edmonton being a big place and all the pricing seems fair, tough a lil on the expensive side, but for a big city it is fair, hope you find the roomate you need. Im planning on doing a masters on UoFA on fall semester 2012 (long way) if by then you havent got anyone pm me
