I have seen the Ontario government nominating most of the people through FSW. How far are the chances to get nominated through OINP under the international graduate stream with a job offer?

Pretty sure it's international student with job offer, which is for people who graduated from a Canadian college or university less than 2 years prior to the date of application.

How many days it usually takes to get PNP if I go via this stream?

According to the OINP Processing Times web page, 60 to 90 days.
