International Graduate PR application ONTARIO

Hi,

I first got admission in masters in Montreal, Canada. I studied there for 1 year, and then I transferred to Waterloo and continuing my masters from U of Waterloo. My stay in Canada will be exactly 2 years this Aug,2013.My course work is complete and my thesis will be completed by Aug,2014. How can apply for PR in ONTARIO in this situation?
Should I wait for the last semester or I can apply now.
Plus how much time it takes for PR application processing in ONTARIO?

Any help will be appreciated.

You have to wait until you have graduate from the program. "Graduated" means that the ceremony to award your degree has been held. So you'll have to wait until sometime next year.

out of all curiosity ? Which University you got into Montreal ? and what course?

how did u apply for xfer to waterloo...u submited all the docs again to waterloo... and the paid the app fee ?

Yes you have to do everything again, and once you go Waterloo, then you apply to transfer the courses
