Hi!

I had a job offer from one of the company in Canada. The company applied for a work permit under TFWP in February 2016. It was an internal transfer so LMIA was not required and the application had to be submitted from Employer's Portal. On June 08, 2016 the company informed me that the work visa has been refused.

Now, I need to know that if the company can reapply for the visa or not, and what are the chances of being successful this time. In the refusal, the reason was not clearly mentioned, it was more like the officer is not satisfied, etc.

What should be the line of action, any clues?

Thanks!

Yes - your company can reapply. It's impossible for any of us to say what the chances of approval are this time. To have any chance of approval, your company will most likely have to provide much stronger evidence that your role meets the requirements of the ICT visa.

Thanks for your reply.

It was quite shocking to get a refusal, since I had offer letter and all the required documents. Is there anyway to get a detailed feedback or refusal reason, so that the previous issue can be eliminated?

You can apply for your GCMS notes - however they take a month to arrive.
