Hi, apart from web form, is there other ways one can communicate to the IRCC for a quick response.
 
Then no other options. You could try to call through a VPN.
I failed to make a call through VPN as you had suggested.

But initially what happens to the info on the old IRCC account? How can I access the old account that was locked so that I link all the info to the new account?

I did manage to link quite a few files but now I want for the work permit application to also be linked to the new account . I can't find a way out. Please help.

Recently I received a notification in my email that I had a message under work permit application . But I can't access. I will be grateful for any info shared here
