hello! i'm planning to apply as caregiver in canada, i'm a B.S. in Respiratory therapy graduate and i've been working as respiratory technician since 2002, do i need to have a caregiving course before applying as caregiver?...thanx..pls advice me.
I believe that will need to be answered at the provincial level. PEI, where we are, for example, does require that. Can't speak for rest of provinces although I can tell you most seem to be a little further up the evolutionary scale in recognising foreign credentials than here on the Island!
