I need ur advice regarding my PR status. My situation is:

PR card issued on 22 March 2011
PR card expired on 22 March 2016

I became PR on 31 July 2010:

I stayed for 7 days on 2010
I stayed for 14 days on 2011
I stayed for 90 days on 2012

I know that the 2 years obligation must be meet,
so I can enter Canada without any problem on 31 July 2013 but what if I entered Canada on August/September/October 2013 as I stayed before for around 111 Days?
or it could cause a problem for me?

Do you think I've to file tax as PR? or no?

What about my health card? it may revoke?

Waiting to hear from you soon.

Regards,
Mazen

Since you have 111 days from before, it would be ok for you to enter in August, September or October.

If you never stayed very long, never had a job or a home in Canada, then you are not yet resident for tax purposes and do not have to file.

In order to be eligible for health care, you must reside in that province for at least 6 months a year. Your health card may still be valid but you have lost your coverage. Health care may not know that and may not cancel your card immediately but if they find out that you should not have been covered and you have been using your card, you may owe them back payments. It would be better to contact the health care when you are back, tell them that you have left for a long time and are now back and ask if you have to do the waiting period again.

Thank you for Leon your response. What evidence I've to show at the airport once I entered Canada on September 2013?

Make a list of your stays in Canada so far, entry dates and exit dates. If you have the flight tickets or boarding cards or any other proof that you were in Canada, that would help. Otherwise, count on them to compare it with their records and stamps in your passport and they can not really say anything. They might however warn you that you are cutting it close and must stay in Canada now in order to meet your residency obligation.
