inquiry about the process time for study permit

hello everyone

i have got accepted into Ryerson university before 1 day and and it will start on the next winter session ( 17-1-2017 ) . the thing that since my timing schedule is really tight ( less than 2 months )

what is the fastest way to get that permit or any document that allow me to enter canada ?

if i applied online on cic site . how many days it takes to finish it ? since am in malaysia , i saw the process time for that country which is 10 weeks , but they didn't mention if it's for the online or by hand .

if any one have a recommendation or anything i would be grateful :'( :'(

Hi ,
the time of the visa application process depends on your country, I applied yesterday(online) for the winter term (2017) like yours but my classes start around 7 jan.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/times/index.asp <- Go here and check the processing time and if its less than 6 weeks,you can still make it if you apply on of these days.

My bad,I didn't see that you mentioned 10 weeks ,
see other posts of people who also applied from malaysia and if they got their visa approved in less that 2 months,then feel free to try,although, you will barely make it. I'd suggest applying for the semester that starts in May(if they have it in your college/uni) but other than that,do whatever you feel right.

in Indonesia the processing time is only 4 weeks while in Malaysia is 10 weeks . do you suggest for me to go to Indonesia and apply there ?

if you can do that,sure, in my country the processing time was 6 weeks a week ago but it got 4 weeks now.
Do you have everything ready? If yes,go ahead and apply on one of these days.

that's great bro ... where are you currently ? like if the processing time form the official site is 6 weeks but now is 4 weeks ... did you ask for any urgent request or that's the normal time ? again where are you now currently ?

they apparently update the processing time every week , few weeks ago it was 7 weeks then the previous week it was 6 weeks and when I checked yesterday,it got to 4 weeks.
I am in Greece.
