inquiry about foreign skilled worker program

hi everyone, i need some help here... i am a nurse in the philippines and i want to apply for a permanent residency in canada under skilled worker program. i have a 2.8yrs work experience as a nurse, i passed the ielts exam already and i have a relative living in alberta and manitoba. i took the assessment exam and got a 70 points score.

i just want to ask, is there a reason for me to get denied if i apply for the program? how long does the processing takes? is there a difference between the time of approval with regards to the province? like if i apply as a permanent resident in alberta, does it make a difference if i apply in manitob

I don't have any information about nurse.
But if you got 70 points then i think you might be eligible.

There is no reason you would get denied unless you have a criminal background or you fail the medical exam or you have miscalculated your points and end up with less than 67.

As a federal skilled worker, you put down what province you intend to live in but it's not binding and does not affect your processing time. The processing times should be posted here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02b-skilled-fed.asp sometime in the near future but until then, you can get an idea by going to trackitt.com
