This report will give us an idea about that backlog happened between November 2009 and January 2010. CIC Vegreville was getting audited during this time period.

it says - spouses and partners - 7 127.
i imagined they having many more applications, and its only seven thousand..just surprised a bit.
btw Audit report is of May, and they slowed down with applications in summer so it was after audit..
