Some countries are requested a finger print from Canada, some not. Beside, if you are already in-land and you did submit your finger print before, within 10 years, they wont ask for that. Even twins do not have the same finger print thoQuestion: Does anyone know if finger print request is required for all/most in-land applicants? From what I have observed, it's not everyone that receives finger print request. I guess in my case a part of background information may have matched another, as I am a Twin and my twin sister got her PR 2years ago.
Any logical reason(s) or criteria for In-Land applications?
Almost same timeline hereWe have a very similar timeframe:

I got my finger print twice in 2017 and 2019 for obtaining security clearance from public works. I guess it is not the same time the finger print from the same agency? From what i was told, immigration fingerprint requires to be completed at the airport in ottawa. But the ones i did before were at any commisioner office. Some countries are requested a finger print from Canada, some not. Beside, if you are already in-land and you did submit your finger print before, within 10 years, they wont ask for that. Even twins do not have the same finger print tho

It is nearing 111 days since I sent my OWP (together with PR) in Jan 25
FYI, for those with OWP returned due fo any reasons the processing time will still be the date when you sent your PR and OWP together. I have confirmed this when I made a call to CIC and posted it here before.
Count 111 days and if you didnt get owp approval make a ff up the next day and we will see.
Please share those who have been approved exactly 111 days.
I would question that advice of 111 days since OWP together with PR. Check out this forum, December applicants who had to resubmit are just starting to get theirs 3 months after re-submission: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/open-work-permit-app-returned-due-to-insufficient-payment.520640/page-8Almost same timeline here
