When I checked my GCKey this morning, the “current status” had a different status. It has always had “submitted” but it said “application/profile updated.” However I didn’t see any change on details. Does this mean anything?

Im a Dec 19 applicant and have stuck in background check since Jun 22. I thought because I changed my address on ecas last week, mine showed 'profile updated'. So that's actually ghost update eh?

Omg! I’m a Dec 18 applicant and have been stuck in BGC since June 24. It seems like our timelines and progressed are almost synchronized!
Let’s hope the ghost update we had today will take us to the next step!!

Dec 12 applicant too with one dependent and file being processed at Vancouver office
I recently changed my dependent address to a Canadian address so maybe that’s y I got a ghost update. Not sure
