Sorry--post edited to keep some information private. Didn't realize it would get shared to media/twitter. Thanks for understanding.
All, via the Inland Spreadsheet, we've been noticing that CIC is processing out of order, despite their website clearly stating they process in order that applications are received.
I spoke to a help CIC phone agent who said they are aware some Inland applications are being processed in as quick as 7-8 months while others are taking 26+ months. Many of their agents have submit requests to have this looked at as it is NOT FAIR.
What can we do about processing out of order!?!? - She told me the best thing is retroaction. She walked me through the steps below. She said the more people that do this, the more likely action will take place.
Note, when doing this, she said that they like to see things point by point and to be exact with the info. (And my suggestion, do it as a matter of fact and do not show aggression/anger about the issue)
- Go to CIC's website and type Web Form in the search bar.
- When the search results come up, click IRCC Web Form.
- Next click on the Give Feedback box on the right.
- Then you can decide what option you want to use: Compliment, Comment, or Complaint.
We can all use the words below and then add in any other comments you want. (you can have up to 1000 words)
It is with growing concern we find that CIC is not processing applications by the order in which they are received, despite what is listed on your website. This message relates to Inland Spousal Sponsorship.
1. You state that you are processing applications up to June 30, 2014.
2. We know applicants that applied in Sept and Oct 2015 who have received AIP/SA/DM.
3. Applicants from March 2015 through Aug 2015 and many prior to 2014 have heard nothing.
4. How can you skip 6 months of applications?
Please reduce the backlog, but do it in order of applications received.
Thank You Kindly,
