This is to advise you that a proceeding by the Minister under Subsection 44(2) of the Immigration and refugee protection act is to be held. The purpose of the proceeding is to determine whether:
* you shall be authorized to enter or remain in Canada,
* a removal order should be issued against you.

It say failure to appear for a proceeding under subsection 44(2) of Immigration will result in all relevant evidence and circumstances review n your absence by the minister delegate to determine if the report is well founded. A removal order maybe be result when the minister is of the option that report well founded.
