Hello, I just want to ask something: Me and partner got married last month and we decided that he will sponsor me for PR. but we live in the same house for almost 4 years already. is it okay to apply PR even though you got married a month ago?

Yes - exactly what we did. lived together for 4 years, got married then applied outland. was coincindence actually not intentional!

Was he already a PR or citizen before you were living under the same roof? If yes, there is no issue.

If he became a PR during the time that you were living under the same roof, be prepared for possible extra scrutiny, IMHO.
