NO, they can't because they would never forgive themselves for making the process easier...especially for those that are likely terrified!

The other part of that policy, was something called an Administrative Deferral of Removal, that CBSA was following. No idea what the status of THAT is, but it seems to still be around...maybe?

Which was valid till Nov 1 2018
I applied for extension of my stay before this
Today I received email that extension denied and leave country
My question is
Can I apply for the restoration ??
I was about to apply for the common law relationship inland application but for refusal of visitor extension
Don't know what to do
Can I apply for the restoration of my status ?????
