Hello ,

Sent in our app in July 2014 with OWP and received the OWP in December. Since then we have been asked to provide medicals which we did and police checks which we did several months ago I believe in july. My partners OWP will expire in January of this year should we apply for an extention of the owp ? Or wait ? Not sure why this is taking so long. Any help would be really appreciated.

I would extend. Have you ordered your gcms notes? They might give an indication of why your app is taking so long.

The notes allow you to see what is going on with your app. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp


I am not sure what form you use.
