Inland spousal and dependant child sponsorship

Hey everyone
I'm Canadian citizen by descent, 1st generation born in Ireland.
We've just moved back to B.C and I am applying for my family inland sponsorship (husband is Lithuanian)
My question is regarding the dependant children
My eldest children were born before 2009 so I have applied for their citizenship certs
But my youngest were born after 2009 so I have to sponsor them
When paying the application fee, do I include $75 x3 ? Is the whole application considered one or because my two youngest are included as dependant children do I have to pay 3 application fees?
And my husband is applying for an open work permit with his application and I was wondering if it's just the open work permit he has to pay for or is it an open one along with the work permit?
It's probably really bloody obvious the answer but I'm lost in the sea of forms and papers and this is my final hurdle as my brain slowly gives in lol :'(

hello everybody!!

has anyone got their OWP yet?
i have my application linked to my online account and it only says OPEN, i have no idea if the documents i sent are right or if they even reviewed them, also no messages on the board.

is that normal? i would like to know what you guys are going through
