visitor visa extention for dependant children - inland sponsorship

I'm a Canadian citizen - born in Ireland ,I've had to sponsor my two youngest children for permanent residency aswell as my husband.
Their visitor visas will run out soon and I am not sure what to do? We applied for an OWP for my husband which gives him implied status so I don't have to apply for one for him right???
But my boys, do I need to apply for a visitors extention? or students????

Your husband doesn't need to apply for an extension. You need to apply to extend the kids' visitor statuses.
