inland sponsor open work permit

Hello forum friends..i am new on this sites i am going to submit my inland spouse sponsor application , everything is ready to send my application but my agent layer saying to me that open work permit application and inland sponsor application cannot send together cause its not same address, inland sponsor application address is in Mississauga and for open work permit application need to send in alberta he saying to me so as per my agent he saying it completely two deferment place he saying. so im wondering if that is true?? cause as i heard and read news that we have to send all together application in same place Mississauga. and also my agent saying open work permit is valid for one year only but as i know suppose to be for two years so im really confused kindly asset me for wright answer please. please help me to send my paper in wright place please...

Your agent is wrong.

Send the OWP with the Inland application to the Mississauga address. Make sure that you:

1. Are sending the latest version of the forms and that you have all required signatures (you and your sponsor).

2. Pay the full amount of $255 for the OWP. Many people forget to include the $100 Permit Holder fee and have their OWP returned.

The OWP is valid for 2 years; less if your passport expires sooner.

thank you so much panga, yes may be my agent is very new in this fields and he don't know much about it which one i noticed as well lets see i am thinking shall i trust him or no....regards

No... being new is no excuse, not when you are taking money for the bad advice! I'm sure if a doctor accidentally killed a patient but used the excuse "but I was new at doctoring", that wouldn't go over too well. And, all that kind of information is easily found on the CIC site. He should be a little more concerned about how his "advice" will affect his customer's lives.
